Clean hotel with friendly staff. Very good location for exploring the local area. Although located between motorway and train station, no noise heard in rooms when windows were closed. Would stay here again.

I have marked this on the basis that it is a "bog standard" Premier Inn (owned by the Whitbread Group). It has just what Lenny Henry says in the TV advert - a comfortable bed. Very warm welcome on arrival by friendly and courteous receptionist - Nothing was too much trouble. Exceptionally clean and comfortable room. Excellent Beefeater Restaurant with first class service and food. The Staff at the Inn and in the Restaurant deserve the highest praise for customer service and friendliness. Superb value for money - Will definitely stay again !

Usual premier inn experience delivering clean room excellent bed good brsakfast for a very reasonable price. Friendly staff. Ten minute walk Telford shopping centre. Would I stay again - yes. Adjacent Beefeater. .

Staff all amazing ,genuine and very helpful even placed box of roses chocolates in our room in heart shape and 2 glasses thank you. Do not have any faults apart from if staying overnight parking round back but its same distance as front.

My husband and I stayed here for one night to explore the Ironbridge museums. On first arriving we noticed that there is plenty of car parking (the Premier Inn car park adjoins the Telford train station car park, although they are separated) which is free for guests of the Premier Inn. Once again a great stay. I stay two or three times a year never had a problem. Slept well Eat well. The Beefeater next door great food well cooked and served. Treated well Everybody did their jobs with no fuss or attitude. Keep it up. Great staff. Always helpfull and not "pushy" Will return.
