Very disappointing. Litter at front door wasn't removed for four days, lampshade in room fell off, very tarnished fittings in bathroom, bathroom door handle fell off, staff require training, heating system worked very well, breakfast uninspired, meals adequate, dinner on arrival however was excellent. My room was on front, road noise was very high and traffic was busy until quite late. To be fair it is an old building that has been previously decorated. However there is no excuse for lack of cleanliness, room was not clean particulary bathroom and toilet.

I have to say, my stay at this hotel was faaaaaaaaaabbbb, the staff was delightful friendly and funny, nothing was too much bother for any of them, the rooms were clean and bright, and the decor was so beautiful!
