Good size room, comfortable, warm, good value and Rea is very welcoming and helpful. It's in a good location for getting in to Derby and a quiet area for staying in. And a good, hearty breakfast. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Derby and certainly stay there again.

Perfect location to meet a friend half way and go to a gig at the Assembly Rooms. Rooms were spacious and comfy and we made use of the handy kitchen to cook tea. Breakfast was lovely and we had extra toast and coffee. Would definitely go back.
