Had a good one night stop-over. Recommend that you aske for a room at the rear as the main road is very busy. In the morning the traffic backs-up from a nearby round about and turning right can be a problem. Otherwise, the room was clean, the food was plenty and the staff friendly - but no lift!

We found this Premier Inn extremely clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous. The breakfast was great - plenty of choice and the cooked breakfast done to order. The eating times were good too - breakfast was served until 11am and you didn't have to vacate the room until 12 noon.

Stayed at this hotel having visited nearby Tewkesbury. Receptionist was very friendly and accomodating. The route to the room was a little bit up and down stairs so people with difficulty walking may struggle. We left this hotel vowing never to stay at a Premier Inn again. Next time a bed & breakfast. Our sleep was interrupted all night by noisy water pipes and an awful bed. Dinner was poor, wine selection also poor and a staff who did't seem to care. We left and had a wonderfully cooked breakfast in Tewkesbury.

Unfortunately, the first room I was given was very dark, small with single beds, and facing a brick wall! This was the case with the room below. In my opinion these rooms should not be bedrooms. Had a great stay at the premier inn,the staff couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was amazing,rooms were clean & very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone & will definitely stay again!!! The proximity to the wedding was great & didn't have to travel far,the staff will order transport for you at reception,so one less thing to worry about !!!
