Just stayed for the night. The room was very large and the bed was enormous. Everything was clean. The towels were nicely laid out on the bed and plenty of milk with the tea/coffee facilities. The Edward Hotel is exactly what it advertises a good two star hotel. We stayed for two nights in a very comfortable, clean room and had a very good english breakfast served to us each morning. We found this hotel excellent value for money and situated within easy walking distance of the city centres shops, bars and restaurants.

I stayed in the hotel for one night. The room was a good size with a large double anda shower room en suite. The decor was somewhat dated but comfortable. Located by the hospital and only a short walk into the city, the free parking was helpful . friendly staff and a good breakfast all for £57.

My mum and I stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is very close to town, only a 5 minute walk. The décor is dated and could do with a spruce up but it was a pleasant place to stay. Good choice for breakfast and very tasty! Would stay there again.
