I have just returned from a two night stay at this bnb. I went with a friend for the Malvern Spring Flower Show so we requested a twin room. I was greeted by an unsmiling, unfriendly young chap with a 'can I have your name' and nothing else in a bar/reception area that was equally unwelcoming with 4-5 men in... More

My 22-year old son booked this place for himself and his girl-friend for a 2 night stay. Upon arrival, the receptionist swore blind that the booking had been for just 1 night. No apology, no offer to help them find another venue for the Saturday night that was now suddenly un-available. The room they were shown to, although adequate, was... More

Chose the B&B from TripAdvisor recommendations as we had planned a visit to the Three Choirs Vineyard down the road and once again we have not been disappointed. 3 couples stayed for the weekend, 2 in main building and we were in one of the chalet rooms, very clean decor, new bathroom and fully adequately supplied for our stay. Could... More

One night stay in a flying visit, the lovely people at Malswick Mill couldn't have been more helpful. We arrived cold, tired and late, the beautiful bar was warmed by a huge log-burner and the barman's smile and helpful manner. In need of food and short on time, they were happy for us to order a take-away to eat in... More

I have stayed at the Malswick Mill 3 nights pet week since Oct '12, having visited 10 other guest houses the week before my 6-month contract began. I cannot fault it objectively in any way: the accommodation, breakfast food, evening bar/social room and setting o utdoors are all lovely and great effort is made to keep the whole site clean... Before i begin this review i should explain im the sort of person who goes to a five star hotel and upgrades my room ( much to my husbands displeasure) I've never stayed in a B&B before but after an hour or so on trip advisor I decided on Malswick Mill due to its great reviews and its proximity to... I've always fancied turning ouir bathroom into a wet room (its all the rage isn't it?). Well at 3am on a visit to the loo you realise just why you shouldn't. That's my only problem with this delightful little B&B (Very handy to Hartpury College); the toilet/bathroom floor is very cold in winter; pack a pair of slippers.

We booked just one night for a family wedding in the area and wished we had booked a longer stay. The location is lovely, quite remote, but sufficently close to local towns and villages. The wedding was a short taxi ride away, but in the morning breakfast overlooking the mill pond was very tranquil. Just what was needed after the... More

We spent three days here. The breakfasts were superb and freshly cooked. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. I had a car problem and was given some clutch fluid to get me moving again! The only negative was that our en-suite (Room 3) was built for a handicapped guest; this left some issues for non-handicapped guests. The... More
