Very nice hostel in the hearth of the nice town of Wicklow. The position is great, the price is fair and the atmosphere in the hostel is warm and friendly. The staff is fantastic, i really had the impression they love what they do. They're always willing to help and give tips! They also offer a pickup service, which we... More

We got a little room with 6 beds (3 bunks), for which the room was too small. There was no cupboard in the room, not even a chair, as there would have been no place for it due to placing too many beds in it. We couldn't put our stuff anywhere. The beds were okay, the room relatively clean, but... More

What a great hostel! set in a fab location, right on the riverbank and walking distance for the Wicklow Gaol and town centre. Trish and Ian are great hosts, and the buzz in the kitchen most nights with everyone making their own meals meant I got to talk to people - as I was travelling alone. The room was clean... More

This hostel was lovely, run by a friendly and helpful couple who gave us a larger room that we needed because it wasn't full. Ensuite bathroom was large and clean, parking was easy and the hostel in a lovely spot by the river and very close to the main street. Much useful tourist advice, maps and guides available as well... We loved this hostel and would go back. Trish is just the right kind of person to be running a place like this. It was clean and quiet. The kitchen is clean and well stocked. There are a couple of dining areas as well as a lounge with TV. The wifi works only in the front of the house and... More

The location of the hostel was great. Everything in Wicklow is within walking distance, but the hostel was far enough away from any loud pubs so we were able to get a good nights sleep. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the drop off/pick up to Glendalough and thought it was a great value for... More

Our travel group was kind of leary about what place I booked when they heard the name of this hostel. Apparently it sounds kind of sketch...but we loved the place! The staff were quite friendly and helpful. We were super tired when we got there and they said we could worry about paying them in the morning. The beds were... More

This hostel offered us a clean, warm room. The breakfast was just €2 and consisted of porridge, milk, sugar, honey, bread, jams, tea and coffee. It had free wifi. The room was small but suited us both and the shared bathroom was clean and warm. The friendly owners had bikes for hire and provided a lot of information about the... More

I was quite not into the place upon seeing the name... But I just went along with it anyway... It was beyond my expectation. Trish and Marie (a gal from Australia who worked there) had been nothing but super helpful and friendly. Marie brought me around town and Trish shared a tip or two about books. Splendid place to stay... More

Stayed here on route to touring around the west of lreland and found it to be good value and in a good location.
