On 1st impression form the outside a little run down, a lick of pain would go a long way. Reception very nice and staff very nice throughout our stay. Room very nice and spacious however ensuite very small and old. Food more than excellent on both Friday and Saturday night.

just spend two nights bed and breakfast at the Cedars Hotel. bought a voucher before Christmas and it turned out to be great value. Went with my sister who is coeliac so needs special food requirements. Booked a room to share. Room was on the ground floor spacious and comfortable. Only gripe we had was the creaking noise of the... More

We recently had dinner at the Tavern in the Cedar hotel in Rosslare. The staff were really friendly and very accommodating with the kids which made for a very relaxing meal time. The food was lovely and fresh and great value. We all really enjoyed our meals, it was lovely to come across such a genuinely family friendly pub.

Located half way down a road going nowhere: easily missed! Facing a derelict building, not much of a view. Rooms bearable, however, only single glazed and bordering cold. En suite cramped & not properly cleaned on arrival. No hot water to shower or bath till early evening. Food was eatable but restricted in choice. I did forward polite feedback and... More

My husband and I spent the Easter weekend at Cedars Hotel in Rosslare. This hotel has recently re-opened having been closed for a period of time. To be honest there is still a lot of work to be done especially on the bathroom(s) but on the plus side the staff are absolutely fantastic and to me that is what makes... More

We stayed in Cedars Hotel over St Patricks weekend with our grandson. We were given a spacious family room that had nice, clean comfortable beds. The cleanliness in general could be much improved. There were many stains on the carpets and the toilets were filthy. The food was average. Breakfast very nice but dinner quite basic and the server got... More

Just spend the weekend at the Cedars, the first impression of the hotel is bright and clean, lobby is very inviting, as it was off seasons and it was very quite. Staff very nice and friendly, the food in the hotel was very good and well presented (just a bit more detail is needed at breakfast, we had to ask... More

Stayed here for a wedding nearby as a cheap option didn't expect the food and service to be so good. Food is really good. Rooms are a bit dated and need some work but beds very comfy and shower was great. Overall I would stay here again and recommend it as a good value option in rosslare

My wife and myself stayed on the 7/2/13. We had to leave at 7.15 am so there was only the "continental" breakfast option. This consisted of cheap synthetic orange juice, a packet of cereal and toast. We had to turn on the radiator in our room ourselves when we arrived at 9pm so the room was very cold. There was... More
