Stayed there last saturday night-what a dump!!! staff rude-no television or mirror in our room-had to wait ages for breakfast and absolutely no choice to be had!! couldn't take a shower as water was scalding. There are so many nice places to stay in Kilkenny-avoid this at all cost!!!

Horrible place! Deceptive website, much much worse in reality.. Rooms freezing cold, no heating, dodgy door locks, filthy shower, furniture falling apart, generally rundown and unkept.. This place was not too bad, the breakfast was lovely and was served by a really nice girl who gave us directions for the town. The Bar was busy and full of character. The room was small but clean.
