A clean and comfortable B&B with a very reasonable price. Welcoming and friendly owners who offered assistance for sites to visit and places to eat. The bed was large and comfortable and the breakfast was well made and in the Irish tradition.

The B&B is situated within a walking distance from the city centre, about 5-10 minutes walking. The rooms are confortable and clean, as well as the bathroom. Lovely, friendly b&b!! Great location!! Nice owners!!Lovely place to rest after a long drive and nice place to relax after a night out!!Breakfast was very tasty!! Only negative and it's small, tvs are very old and would need updating!!!apart from that, I had a great stay!!

In addition to great accommodations our helpful host went above and beyond! My rental motorcycle broke down in downtown Kilkenny and our host Brian not only called the auto club to help us but came downtown to wait with us. Be sure to stay with Brian and Betty if you get the chance!

The owner's were extremely friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome. The B&B is situated very close to the City. The bedroom was clean and very comfortable The breakfast was beautiful. I would definately come back and will recommend it to other's. Marie.
