Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

No supervision of property evident. Hurling played into darkness in " quiet" section on road between pitches..participants when asked to desist said " have you seen de pitch"? Reception no help... Pitches "green" spaces basically mud. Showers/toilets very clean ...saving grace.

This was a disappointing stay. Unfortunately the grass had been weed killed (by accident) at the beginning of the season, and with the rain it was a muddy mess. There are good facilities, but the site itself does not reflect the photos and drone footage we viewed prior to booking.

A lovely site with good size caravan pitches with water and electric hookup. Very pleasant friendly owners and a really peaceful park, there's a 15 minute walk into Tralee town. Situated in easy reach by car to see the Dingle and Ring of Kerry. Will definitely be back.

Could not say one bad word about this campsite. From the second we checked in till the moment we checked out the staff (family) where outstanding and very professional and helpful. The facilities are second to none very clean and well maintained and always something for the kids to do weather it be the play ground the games room the football field or just to ride there bikes. We had 4 wonderful days there and we will be back aging next year. Thanks again and see you next year

Woodlands had been on our list for a while and delighted we got to stay this year. This is definitely the cleanest campsite we’ve ever stayed at , there’s not a thing out of place. Playground is well appointed, ball pitch and little wooded area for the kids. Basketball rings, indoor games room, indoor tv room, small shop in reception for essentials. Campers kitchen with small covered outdoor seating area. Showers and toilets were immaculate. Ideally located within walking distance of Tralee centre and short walk along a very safe path to the aquadome. A large busy campsite but very well spaced out so didn’t feel crowded at all. Tent area is very small and has no EHU but this was okay with us. Dog friendly, always a plus for us. We only stayed for 3 nights and Kids really want to go back for longer. Will definitely return.

Room Tip: No electric hook up for tents and the tent area is very small but well located next to main...

We visited for a single night. The site is spacious but very busy. It is well run. Services are substantially provided at individual pitches. The facilities block is reasonably well kept.. There is a campers' kitchen and covered seating area, with BBQ facilities. Located just off the Tralee bypass with an east walk into town via a park

Over the last 2 years we’ve been to 10 campsites in total and this was the best of all of them. So clean, beautifully laid out, massive pitches and a wonderful location. You literally walk out of the park, cross the road and walk 5 mins through a park and you’re in town. The aquadome is a 10min walk and there’s a cinema right beside it. Tralee is a lovely town, it has everything. The Brogue Inn was fab for dinner. The site felt so safe for the kids. They had a small playground, a large playing pitch, a lovely little woodland walk and a games room. We will definitely go back next year.
