We arrived at the Woodlawn House around 7 pm and immediately, we felt unwelcomed. There were no warm and friendly welcomes, there seemed to be agitation on the hostesses end (blonde hair) because we were there so late. Upon arrival, we had no idea who we were talking to because there was no introduction, and the lady who showed us... More

We stayed here during the weekend of Halloween and we had a great time. The place is located within a short distance from the town centre and unless you are driving around the area you would not need a car. There is also a petrol station just at the end of the road if you need some late munchies or... More

We (family of 4) stayed at Woodlawn House for 1 night as part of our 1 week trip around Ireland. This was our best stopover: the location was excellent (short walk to the town centre), the hospitality was superb (plenty of good advise from the owner Ciara), the family room was first class and the breakfast menu was terrific. We... More

On our whirlwind tour of Ireland we stayed in six different properties in one week. Woodlawn House was definitely memorable. From our greeting at the front door to our goodbyes the next morning one could not ask for more. Our large and comfortable room had a wonderful view of the mountains. The owner was a storehouse of information on planning... More

We recently stayed in Woodlawn House for two nights, in the delux room. It was a real treat, but very affordable. The whole house is beautifully decorated and very well kept. The breakfast alone was worth going away for, with every taste catered for.The owner was very helpful with details of things to do in the area and advising about... More

Stayed for two nights. Great value & great location. Room was excellent. Would recommend this B&B to anybody. To be honest it was better than some hotels that I have stayed in. Its less than 10mins walk from Killarney town centre. Bathroom was grand size with a great shower & plenty of fresh towels. Staff were very friendly & easy... More

We recently stayed in Woodlawn House, Killarney. The house had excellent facilities and the family room (which sleeps 5) was enormous. We were a short walk (about 7 mins) to the town centre with many eateries close by. The family room had a very large bathroom complete with bath and separate shower and an inbuilt gas fireplace in the room... More
