Norrie, is a true professional. She greeted us with smiles and a warm welcome. What makes Alderhaven different from most B&B's is the pride Norrie has of her home, she's pleased to share the beauty of it with you and takes the time to make sure that you are comfortable and satisfied. Norrie also went out of her way to... More

My husband and I spent 4 nights at Alderhaven. Our hostess, Norrie, took us "under her wing" to make our stay in Killarney very memorable. Once she knew we loved to hike, she made all kinds of recommendations and even booked a day trip for us to hike the "Gap of Dunloe". She went out of her way to help... More

We stayed at Alderhaven for only one night, as we were just passing through. We will never forget the hospitality of Norrie and Pat, especially when we had car trouble in the morning. What good luck for us, as they happened to have a mechanic friend for breakfast that day, who spent a good hour helping charge our battery! The... More

My father & I had a wonderful time in Killarney, and the Alderhaven Country Home was the perfect place to come back to and relax. We had been staying in town homes in the middle of the town, and it was nice to get out into the country a little bit, but still be able to walk or drive into... More

Stayed at Alderhaven a week for our family reunion. Norrie and Pat offered the best hospitality and we did not want to leave by the end of the trip. Breakfast was delicious every day and Norrie made sure we had everything we wanted. They always steered us in the right direction for dinner and sightseeing. Pat even offered help when... More

Norrie and her husband were warm and very accommodating. We had a flat tire on the way to Killarney, and they tried their best to find us someone who was open on Sunday to repair it. Norrie also turned us on to Boxty which was our absolute favorite meal in Ireland, and she made us fantastic homemade pancakes with fresh... More

My husband and I stayed at the Alderhaven Country Home for two nights during our first trip to Ireland. It's a lovely home situated in a suburban area with its own private drive and privacy with farmland nearby. Nori and her family were so welcoming, and quite helpful throughout our visit. We enjoyed her company, and excellent suggestions for not-to-miss... More

My wife and I spent our first two nights in Ireland on our honeymoon here and very much enjoyed our stay. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and accomodating and offered great tips for where to go while in the area that worked into our plans very well. The breakfast was awesome and the room we had was very comfortable. No... More
