I visit Ireland every year, but this is the first time I've stayed at Foley's. we were there for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay, as well as the fabulous full Irish breakfast in their restaurant downstairs. The architecture and amenities are somewhat antiquated, but the location and service are impeccable. I'd certainly consider staying here again and would highly... More

I was really impressed with Foleys Town House. A group of ladies and I recently stayed there while enjoying a night out in Killarney . We dined in the resturant which was absolutly top notch. The staff were lovely, so friendly and helpful, our glasses were never empty. As there was a group of around 13 of us, we negociated... More

Stayed here for one night with two other couples. Fantastic place to stay, centrally located with off street parking and outstanding staff. Very clean and comfortable, great food! Highly recommended. Staff knowledgable about places to visit and great Irish music pubs within easy walking distance.

My first time staying in Ireland was a pleasant one. one of four places I stayed at was the Foley's Townhouse. The rooms were more than I expected and the Owners were so nice. Breakfast was plentyful and good. The location in the heart of town led to ease of pubs and resturants. Parking is private and easy to access.... More

Foley's chose us rather than the other way around. It was pouring, the traffic was terrible and parking seemed impossible. Suddenly a driveway next to a reasonable looking guest house appeared and we pulled in to check it out. It seemed too hard to keep looking. The rooms were a very pleasant surprise; nicely decorated with a classic, antiquey ambience... More

We found Foley's to be the best establishment we stayed at in Ireland. We arrived during rain and was able to park the car under cover, load our luggage onto a trolley, take it upstairs using the lift and then proceed to park the vehicle in the secure car park at the rear. The room was beautifully appointed, large and... More

After a long drive I was looking for a high quality, boutique hotel close to traditional music bars. Sadly from the indifferent reception lady (?manager) the first impressions were not good but I was too tired to check alternatives; subsequently I wish I had. Rooms were OK but not special. Sadly, one of the ceiling lights refused to be switched... More

We based ourselves in Killarney whilst exploring the area, including the Ring of Kerry and the Dingle Peninsula. We flew into Cork and did not arrive at Foleys until about 1030 having stopped for a meal in Macroom but the staff were readily available to let us into the secure car park behind the hotel and to provide a drink... The hotel is very old in a good way. Architecture has been kept so you feel as if you are still part of the past. Restaurant is excellent. The staff, from the front desk to the wait staff and owners have made our stay very special. Service is bar none. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Killarney area.

I can't speak for all the rooms at Foley's Townhouse, however, we got lucky on our first night and stayed in a very large suite which was fantastic as we travelled with a 6 month old. The breakfast was also lovely and a nice break from buffet style service. We enjoyed our stay so much that we stayed on a... More
