You couldn't find a more gracious hostess than Marie. She prepares superb breakfasts with a wide selection of buffet and home cooked items. My wife had washed some of our clothes and hung them from hangers in our room. Marie took them downstairs to her area and hung them up where they would dry faster. The B&B is very convenient... More

The bedrooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was scrumptious. The sitting room for guests was a real living room. We were driven into town by our host and took a cab home after sightseeing so we did not have to worry about parking etc. Lovely sights.

Marie and Tom made our first stop in Europe a great one. They were extremely accomodating--giving us suggestions, taking us into town, sharing great conversation. When it came up that I am a stand-up comic, the two of them shared some of their favorite, lesser-known Irish comics with me, lending DVDs for me to examine. They made this a very... More

Marie and her husband were wonderful hosts. The Bayberry House was chosen for our group of 10 by IrishTourism, Tina O'Connor, for our 2 week whirlwind tour of Ireland along with a van and driver. The B&B was warm and great cooked to order breakfast. Marie even had some health remedies and advice for one of our ailing friends. Marie's... More

We stayed at Bayberry house for 4 days in late August and loved it. People joked that the hostess, Marie, would be more motherly than your mother and it was really true! My positive interactions with Marie began when I asked her for advice about booking a bus to visit the Cliffs of Moher or the Connemara. Marie advised me... More

I stayed here for 2 nights with 4 other women. We were the only guests and even though it was a work trip, it was a very relaxing experience. I arrived late and got a taxi from the bus station. Tom drove me to a local restaurant to save me getting a taxi! The house is a beautiful mix of... More

My husband and I stayed here two nights on our recent trip to Ireland and it was definitely our favorite! Marie was wonderful and so accomodating! The room was great and the shower was far and away the best we had our whole trip! We loved our stay here and wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed here for three nights and were so pleased with our experience here. Marie and Tom offer true Irish hospitality in their beautiful home. Marie is a great cook and we always enjoyed our breakfasts and our conversations. They willingly shared their knowledge of the area, the culture and were always asking us if there was anything else we... More

I just left Bayberry the day before yesterday. I wanted to stay there for my entire trip! When I got lost trying to find it (which was my fault entirely; I drove right past it twice!) Marie came to get me rather than just give me directions. She was the most wonderful host. Since I was the only guest that... More

Stayed here for a couple of nights on a recent trip with family after the Navy-Notre Dame game in Dublin. Marie and Tom could not have been more gracious hosts. Our party arrived late Sun. evening due to car trouble. Marie took 4 of us into town for Salt Hill fish and chips - hit the spot for 4 hungry... More
