Just had a wonderful weekend in the Carlton. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Staff throughout all departments were very friendly & helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. First time at this hotel.Pleasantly surprised.From the restaurant to the bedrooms we could not find a fault.Reubens is a great place to eat and the bar does lovely tasty bits.Staff are ever so helpful and nothing is too much for them.A little from the centre it is still a great location. Will return definately. More

Stayed at this hotel for 49 euro pp which included b&b and evening dinner so wasn't expecting a lot. Well I was wrong . The rooms are ok and the pool is lovely especially in evening with underwater lighting . The bar was great with plenty of sport on large screens . As for the dinner in Reuben's restaurant ...... This review is only of the bar food & lobby/reception area of this hotel. Recently visited this hotel- 10/1/11, for meetings.
