Food is excellent and there is more than enough for breakfast. The rooms are clean and comfortable. But most of all, the owners, Don and Mary, are complete champion. Its worth the stay just to have a bit of banter with him. Hilarious guy, great stories and will make your trip in Galway SO much better, especially for young people.... More

Stayed in room three. No problems with hot water, very quiet and bed was very clean. The room could do with a lick of paint but for the cost and location it was good value. The landlord Don was a right character. His language was a bit risky but i think this was not abusive, it was just his vocabulary.... More

First impression was that I was staying in an untidy private house. Accessed the bedroom via a kitchen; laundry scattered on the floor. Small room; no hot water to shower. A huge disappointment. We left after one night and found a proper B&B.

The room was full of beds, although only myself lived in that room.
