a great b&b in the centre of town, mr.briggs and all the staff are very hospitable and nothing is too much trouble, the food is great, the accomodation is clean with a lake view to the rear, i stayed for four nights in may and can thoroughly recommend the st.annes b&b, the owner is a gentleman and i cant praise...
