For the price of this hotel it's fantastic. It's very clean and the staff are very friendly. Safe and secure parking underground. I have stayed here quiet a few times and would highly recommend. Downside they could do with wifi in bedrooms like most competitors now a days.

Stayed here for an event in the nearby Citywest Convention Centre - this hotel was much much cheaper, luckily we had the car so didn't have to pay for taxis over. If you have the car - stay here. Breakfast cheaper if you pre-pay as well. Great big rooms, good heating, bath in bathrooms, ironing facilites, tea making facilities -... More

we stayed over for 2 nights on Bank Holiday weekend, we were pleasantly surprised, it is a lovely hotel, there is a secure underground car park which we found a plus and on check in the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless, it had everything we needed and also had tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom was... More

We stayed in this hotel because it was between the Punchestown Racecourse and Dublin. The price was okay, but for the same amount, we could have stayed in a nice B&B. the staff was practically non-existent. The only place to eat in the area was an Italian bar with loud, piped in music. I say, choose a different hotel.

Myself, husband and two young children recently stayed at the Maldron Citywest and we were pleasantly surprised. Having moved to Cork in the past few years its a rare opportunity that we get to visit the Capital as a family. On arrival we were greeted with a very friendly receptionist (considering it was 7pm on a Friday evening and very... More

on arrival we drove down to the secure parking and got a parking spot next to the entrance of the hotel. The lift took us to first floor and reception where we were met by a very friendly receptionist. As I have a walking disability it was marvellous that we were put into one of their ground floor rooms that... More

We stayed here on a shopping trip and after reading all the reviews I didn't expect at all what we had to face. The rooms were clean but unfortunately some if the furniture was broken including the window which wouldn't close properly. But the worst thing was the staff they were very rude. I am heavily pregnant and my room... More
