Good points. Lovely friendly helpful staff, great location, very clean well run establishment. We were bumped up to executive suite which was grand. It does what it says ....a few comment the food was a bit bland,also we were upgraded to an executive room compliments of the hotel,cos if that was the size of the executive room,a "regular" room must be the size of a shoe box. Great hotel close to the city and all the sights. Free parking was almost the cost of the hotel - I did get a special offer -rooms great clean quiet and all you could need. Staff could not be more helpful. Bar great will be back again.

arrived before check in time cause we were going to a matinee show. parked in the underground car park and made our way to reception where they upgraded our room as our designated room was, as expected, was not ready. staff could not have been more helpful. room was excellent on the forth floor, no noise from the street below... Stayed on a saturday night. No problem checking in and getting carpark space. 15 Minute walk from our destination. Was a bit worried on return about music from bar, but proved unfounded. Once windows were closed, was very quiet. Nice clean rooms and bathroom. Decent breakfast.
