When arriving was asked to pay for the room straight away, got to the room and it was just basic and for €109 was expecting a bit more it was very cold and very noisy. The breakfast room was grim and my sister refused to eat breakfast. Very creepy place.

We had clearly stated in the booking form that we had an infant with us but were put in the 3rd floor. Anyone with an infant know you have to have everything but the kitchen sink with you. the mattress had fag burns in it and weird looking stains no bed sheets on the bed and the bed hadn't been... This hotel is much more than I expected for the great value price. It's plain, simple (but you get what you pay for!) but most importantly it's clean, the showers are hot and the staff are great. We were upgraded to an en suite room when we arrived (we had booked a shared bathroom), they were more than happy to... More

Good, central location, not the most quiet place in town, but comfortable, definitely clean, freshly renovated and is worth the price! Polite management, immaculate towels, simple, but enough breakfast, clean dining room. Obviously - having read the previous notes - things have changed recently. What hasn't though, is the terrific location: the place is really 10 minutes from all major... More

We stayed here two nights and the best part of the place is definitely the staff who were so friendly, hardworking and helpful. Unfortunately the place is dirty and in need of an update and repair. It was okay for budget accommodation but I would never stay there with our children because it just wasn't clean. We're not hugely picky... More

This place is an absolute Kip.. My cousin and I stayed there for a night and it was the most unpleasant experience.. The walls were filthy with holes and stains every where. There was cigarette burns in the curtains, the carpets were all white stains and the window wouldn't close! It was horrific! The bathroom was tiny. It was disgusting... More

Pictures nothing like the real thing. Made you pay before even going to your room. Beds were stiff, no fresh clean towels, creepy place, very noisy. I could go on and on. Don't stay here. Oh...and the breakfast is crap.

Booked room 8 months in advance, you think this would have secured a good room, obviously not. Entrance of the hostel was nice, staff member who greeted us nice, stairs down to the basement bedrooms nicely tiled, however that's where the niceness ends. I can only describe our bedroom as "the dungeon". The room had no windows and contained 2... More

We stayed for one night, the room was very basic but clean, quiet( as it was a back room i guess) and everything worked fine. Car park was secure and close by .Breakfast was poor and the ambiance reminded me of a roomset from Father Ted.. We were asked twice to pay before the check out time which is 12.00.... More
