This was our first stop on a tour with CIE. Very cordial staff. Good location for sightseeing and shopping. Restaurant was very good. Breakfast buffet had a nice assortment of food, whatever your preference for breakfast. Their raspberry jam was delicious. Dinner also offered some good options. Room was modern and very clean. Would recommend this hotel. It is just... More

A really smart hotel ,with great service and clean rooms. Beds were a bit soft and we had a small problem with really slow internet when trying to print our boarding cards but otherwise i would recommend it highly. The area was just far enough away from temple bar to be accessible but quiet.also great for grafton st /aviva arena... More

We stayed here for two nights at the start of our CIE tour. The hotel was in a good location for walking to some of the sights (Museum, Oscar Wilde statue). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was standard, but very good.

We were so looking forward to our last two nights in Ireland after staying in some great hotels and seeing some beautiful historical sights. We arrived and found the hotel, with no valet service or directions to a car park. Maybe everyone arrives on foot. Okay, so I'll deal with it. At the reception we're given only one key to... More

I didn't stay here but for a meeting place in Dublin, I'll definitely come back. Great coffee served with a large bright room where you can meet and chat and a really good lunch, followed again, by great coffee. We were a group of about 40 people. The function room we were given was perfect. Staff are helpful yet unobtrusive.... More

My stay was not a pleasant one. The staff are very friendly and try to remedy things, but it really begs the question as to how hotels are classified as 4 star. I booked through my company's corporate booking system, which said wi-fi was included. Of course on arrival they told me it was not, but I managed to negotiate... More

I stayed here with my partner for a special occasion. The first thing I noticed was how welcoming and professional the receptionist was. All the staff throughout our stay were extremely polite and helpful. It’s something I really appreciate in a hotel. The room was clean and the bed was huge and very comfortable. There was a great selection for... More

This hotel is conveniently located. The local bus and DART is close by. Many of the sites are within walking distance. Breakfast is good, but overpriced. It stops there. The room prices are high; and one would expect better accommodations, service, internet connectivity, etc. There are many good restaurants close by. This is an adequate property; but, certainly, no value.

This is a great choice for a Dublin city break. Comfortable, well appointed bedrooms with good housekeeping. Quiet location but within easy reach of all theatres, restaurants and shops. Close enough to be able to return to leave in purchases, have coffee in the lounge and go out again. An excellent breakfast buffet with everything required of a five star... More
