The hotel is on a good location just 15 min walking from the center. There are some retaurants in the surrounding, and also grocery stores. There is a parking on reservation. Breakfast is excellent. But the real main thing of this hotel are the persons running the place : they make you feel at home from the begining. I will... More

Me and my wife stayed at this hotel from 17 to 19 December 2011, and were surprised at how nice everything in this hotel was. The hotel is around 10 minutes from Dublin downtown by bus and is around 200 m from main road. Following our booking of this hotel, the staff had checked with us in advance the time... More

Stayed for the first time at Waterloo Lodge recently and was really pleased with the excellent location, 15 mins to town walking and 5 to RDS- perfect! Rooms grand, breakfast good and excellent rate so absolutely delighted with my choice and I'll stay there again. Staff very friendly and lots of smiles. More

I stayed here last saturday night. Free on site parking was advertised but we were told it was full. Luckily on street parking was available and free being a weekend. Quite shabby exterior in need of painting and some TLC. interior worn but clean. Bed was a very soft small double in a small but spotless room. TV minuscule. En... More

We stayed at Waterloo Lodge for 2 nights in the family room with a queen size bed and 2 singles, which was perfect for us as 2 adults and 2 teenagers (17 and 15). Easy access to the city either by walking (20 mins) or bus. The lodge was very clean with an excellent breakfast choice and quality. Staff were... More

We stayed in this B&B for a long weekend and thought it was great. It's in a really nice part of town. The room was clean with a comfortable bed facing the front. The breakfast was just right, but the best thing is that all the staff were really friendly, helpful and welcoming. We will definitely stay there again when... More

I can't recommend this guest house highly enough. We had booked a triple room and were delighted to see that there were two single beds and a queen in the room. The lodge is very clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was very good and I was impressed to see that there was fresh fruit and... More

Very welcoming and efficient. Comfortable. Great value. It would be nice to have a soap tray in the shower which is fixed overhead; so you need a cap (was not supplied) if you want to keep your hair dry.. not a problem for me! More

A nice and spacious family room with 2 single beds and 1 double. Very quiet and cosy located at walking distance from St Stephen's green in a very quiet street, double doors to the room so noise can be kept at minimal level. Breakfast included was very correct fro price paid. More
