Stayed at botanic villa many times when working in Dublin and also with family. I honestly believe it is second to none. Provides excellent service and hospitality and great food served with a pleasant smile from the lady of the house Sandra. Rooms are of the highest quality and suitable to all, be it business or holiday. Ken the caretaker... More

Sandra is a great host! One of the most important factor for when staying in a B&B are the hosts. My GF and I felt right home. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast is fanatstic and the room could not be more comfortable. great value, thank you! More

I really have to recommend that bed and breakfast. I booked the hostel because of the very good recommendations at tripadviser and I just can underline those. Booking was uncomplicated and rooms where really nice. Especially I would like to point out Sandra the owner of the B&B who was very helpful and friendly. The whole atmosphere in the B&B... More

I Have stayed at Botanic Villas 4 times previously & have always found the hospitality second to none. I always recommend to family & friends. A great breakfast is always served. The villa is clean & well maintained. It is on a bus route to the city centre but, I can recommend Hedigans across the road, brilliant food, & Porterhouse... More

Very warm and welcoming, and very accomodating owners. Perfect for short or long stay i stayed for around a month. The place is very quiet and clean and has everything you require in a B&B. Nice hearty breakfasts too. I would advise to stay here if visiting Dublin as it is close to the city centre and there are plenty... More

I recently stayed at the Botanic Villa for 2 nights with 5 friends, having never visited Dublin before I was keen to get some information from the locals, I found this here. The hosts Sandra & Ken really couldn't do enough for us, they advised us on where to dance, eat and drink and sight see & even arranged a... More

Hi All, I recently stayed in Botanic Villa. Me and a few friends were up for a hurling match in Croke Park where Tipp took on Dublin in the All Ireland Senior Hurling Championship. We arrived the day before the match so we could go for a few pints the night before the game. We were well looked after by... More

My partner and I stayed at Botanic Villa in July and had a great stay. The room was, yes, small but clean and comfortable and very quiet (we stayed in the room downstairs at the back of the house). We also enjoyed the yummy breakfasts... couldn't manage the full Irish every day but enjoyed the cereals and yoghurt instead! What... More

My husband and I stayed at the Botanic Villa in March 2011. The bedrooms were charming, clean, and comfortable. The best part of our stay was Sandra (the owner) who gave us tips on sightseeing, where to eat, and places to spend Paddy's Day. If you stay here, you can expect a great full Irish breakfast every morning and nice... More
