This is not a hotel but a dismal, dirty, B & B with no facilities. Rooms are small painted red with threadbare carpet, bathroom no bath and disgusting cigarette burns on the toilet seat. This review would have been worse except that the staff was helpful so I upgraded things. We had three of us in a room with a double bed & a twin bed. The room was wall to wall beds. Staff were very nice but twin room we booked was too small not very clean and badly needed a revamp breakfast was excellent.

The room and the bathroom were nice and clean. We had a good night of sleep during the night but in the morning we could hear the noise from other rooms which woke me up. We stayed in Dublin for one night.The staff in this hotel were very helpful and cheerful.It was very quiet at night.Our room was comfortable and clean.We had a good breakfast. While it could do with brighter paint it is minor compared to our to our overall stay.
