When I go to Donegal this is where I stay. Sean and Mary are the best and the breakfasts are excellent. The Accomodation is better than many a hotel I have stayed in and its like home but with Sean and Mary to make the stay easy going. It's that simple! More

My friends and I stayed at Ardeevin for 2 nights. Mary and Sean were wonderful hosts. The breakfasts were terrific (especially the French Toast), the location was great, and the views of Lough Eske were beautiful. If you're looking for a peaceful spot that's just a short drive in to Donegal Town - Ardeevin is the place to stay. More

Our guide book recommended the B&B that's actually right next door to Ardeevin. We were in the area, so we just popped into that place and asked if they had anything available for that night, but (very fortunately for us!) they didn't. They suggested we try next door (at Ardeevin), so we did. Best luck we had for the entire... More

We stayed 12 days in Ireland, visiting 10 B&Bs. This was in absolute the best as far as value for money and the hospitality are concerned. Wide, well furnished, spotless room, with lovely view and a touch of class in every detail. The best ever selection of breakfast, at a very convenient price (65 Euro for two people, per day).... Nice location only 10 mins drive out of donegal. Immaculate accomodation with great breakfast and extremely friendly & helpful owners. We had a great view of the lake to the front of the house. Would certainly stay again if we're in the area. More

Another outstanding Irish B&B - superb and highly experienced hosts. A quiet, countrified B&B, with glorious views (it didn't rain!). Comfortable, large room - and breakfast to remember. Free wi-fi easily accessible in room - we were successfully able to Skype home from here. Highlight was an evening meal in the 'pub' at nearby Lough Eske Castle Hotel, recommended by... More

Four days with Mary and Sean were the highlight of our stay in Co. Donegal. The room was so comfortable and the service so good, we kept extending our stay. Truly one of the fine B&Bs of Ireland. More

Having spent 12 nights at 12 different B & Bs in Ireland, Ardeevin ranks up there as one of the best. The home is lovely sitting high on a hill overlooking Lough Eske in the Donegal area. It is a short drive to the town of Donegal where there is a great shopping district. Our room was large, beautifully decorated,... More
