This is a great Bed & Breakfast with fantastic hosts Kieran and Olive. The rooms are newly decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast is superb with great choice and there is secure parking. A big plus is that it is within walking distance of all the great restaurants and bars Cork city has to offer. It also has free wifi.... More

Hosts Olive and Kieren are a charming couple and you get a sense you are a visitor into their home, not a guest into their B&B business. This pervaded they way they related with us the night we stayed. We were jet lagged and had unwittingly picked up a seemingly dodgy rental car at Cork airport. It felt like things... More

Olive and Keiran were by far the most genuinely friendly hosts we had on our Irish trip. We were immediately offered tea on arrivable which is not out of the ordianary but it was a pleasant surprise when Keiran sat down with us to chat. Both hosts were full of recommendations, brochures, and suggestions to help us find our way... More

Having just popped into the porch, only to be greeted a delightful chap to be named Keiran. We were shown the way to a three bedroom suite. The room, delicately decorated was comfortable, clean and warm. Keiran was helpful, informative, and friendly. Upon our return from a harsh night in Cork Centre, in plus 2 degrees weather, our key failed... More

We stayed at some nice four and five star hotels before stopping at Olive and Kieran's little B&B, and this was my favorite place of them all. The rooms are small, but more than adequate. Besides, they're clean and the shower is nice. My wife and I fit a large suitcase and two smaller roller bags and could open them... More

A very welcoming and central place to stay. We stayed in a triple room which was really comfortable, great space, comfy beds and a really powerful shower. Breakfast was lovely, Only 5-10mins walk to city centre and the main shopping areas. Definately recommend it! More

Auburn House is very well situated in Cork City so once your vehicle is parked in the nearby gated car park, you can walk to all the places of interest, such as the English Market or the train station. (The place to start a great day trip to Fota Island with its Wildlife Park and spectacular gardens, and to the... More

Olive and Keiran are wonderful hosts! Went out of their way to assist with travel planning, tips, coupons, maps, you name it. We had an issue with our flight and had to change our reservations at the last minute and the were completely accomodating. Rooms were clean and cozy and the showers were great and the full irish breakfast was... More
