Our hotel in Dublin gave us a warmer welcome. Our driver was booked out to another B&B because a couple decided to stay over. No by your leave, no apology and no offer of remuneration for the extra cost. And it's no five minute walk to Blarney Castle either. No welcoming cup of tea, no soap, no facecloths, no bathmat.... Had a really nice 2 nights at the Davmar B and B. We had intended to stay just the one night but extended our stay to a second night. The breakfasts each morning were excellent, and we couldn't have asked for more in our hosts. We were made so welcome in their home.
