This is the third time we have stayed here. Always a lovely friendly welcome from Joanne and Ross. So near to everything you need in Ayr. Wonderfull hearty breakfast. It was my birthday and Joanne was so helpfull to my fiance' to arrange a few suprises... Wonderful clean room.We would recommend anyone visiting Ayr to stay here.We will be back.

Stayed overnight before attending the Ayr Races in April 2013. Perfect location, easy walking distance to the shops/bars. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy. The owners were both very welcoming, and the breakfast was lovely. We will definetly stay here again on our next visit to Ayr.

We stayed at grange view for 3 nights while visiting scotland for a family wedding. Joanne and ross were extremely welcoming and couldnt do enough for us. Fabulous welcome, lovely room and breakfast to satisfy the most hungry of visitors. So comfy. What type of pillows are they? Need to buy them for home. Slept like a baby even though not far from the railway. Top rate place. Know they are not paying me. I paid them willingly.
