This B&B is deserving of all of it's 5 stars. Rhona is a wonderful host and she does everything she can you make you comfortable. The attention to detail is fantastic. The property itself is superb, as is the view from the eating area.

We have just returned from an overnight stay at Ayrs and Graces. What makes this such a special place to stay is Rhona and her lovely, warm manner with her guests. She really does go that extra mile to make you feel at home and nothing is too much trouble. The accommodation is amazing - we stayed in the Robert... More

The moment we entered the building Rhona welcomed us more as friends than guests, & she continued to treat us the same throughout our stay, our room was amazing, modern &. spotlessly clean, & consisted of bedroom, lounge,& ensuit bathroom. The view from the house is delightful, & Rhona certainly goes that extra mile to ensure every need is catered for, from... More

What a relief to find, after many weary years of travelling and having to put up with what has been available, a place in Scotland that is cleaner than my own home, with a comfy bed, a great bathroom, plenty of space, up to date decor and a brilliant proprietor who truly made our stay stress-free from start to finish.... This is the best B&B my Husband and I have stayed in. Paul gave us such a warm welcome, you felt he was welcoming one of his relatives to his home, which is stunning. It was superior to some of the 4star hotels we,ve stayed in. It is all the little touches that make the difference here, compared to a... More

Great breakfast, lovely rooms, decent shower and Rhona is the ideal host, even giving us a lift to a nearby hotel (and even a wee detour to a cash machine first) where we were attending a wedding. We were upgraded to a suite at no extra charge, which gave us sole use of a whole wing of the house. Cheaper... More

First off let me say that if stars where awarded to someone who was not only affable and amiable but also had personable skills much needed in the hospitality trade then Rhona would earn a definite 10* I was counting the days to our special anniversary getaway, promised to be a pampering weekend for us both.... This is an exceptional B & B! Rhona is a perfect hostess, she obviously enjoys having guests and goes out of her way to ensure your stay with her is memorable. The panoramic view from the large visitor’s lounge is fantastic; the adjacent field had grazing sheep during our visit. This B & B must be almost unique, how many... More

It's quite rare that I come across a place that I never want to leave. Ayrs and Graces is such a place. It's a B&B of the highest quality from start to finish with several rooms/suites with their own individual character and it's hosted by a truly charming couple. Rhona and Paul manage to make you feel like friends staying... More

My partner and I visited Ayrs and Graces for a one-night stay on Saturday 20th October as we were having a night out in Ayr and wanted to treat ourselves to a night away from home. I can fully understand why this B&B has been awarded 5 stars by the Scottish Tourist Board. This is a beautiful B&B with breathtaking... More
