We arrived for a weekend booking 2 double rooms, 1 couple in 60's and me, 32 female with my 4 year old daughter. Staff always said hello and we're cheerful. Rooms basic but clean, no bath in bathroom, like to have one for the little one, kettle worked kind of, until the boiling wobbled it and then it went off... More

The only quibble I would have is I would have liked an actual bathtub in the room too, along with a bigger choice of tV channels in the room. But overall, this wasn't... More

Arrived late on a Saturday eveing with wife and young child to make Prestwick Airport early next morning. Checked-in at reception that has bar area immediately adjacent to it (not a hotel bar, they are not usually at reception). Thought it was bad timing when several very drunk customers were there at the time. Got a room on 2nd floor,... More

Just returned from a school holiday break in Ayr, west coast of Scotland. The hotel was great value for money. The biggest asset this hotel has is it's staff, their welcome, their smiles and their 'can do' atitude. These ladies really made it a pleasure to stay even if the weather was awful even for a native Scot. We used to... More

Found this a clean, modern hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were more than adequate. Only drawback we found was it was difficult to find the entrance when we first arrived. Could see it from the road but had a little difficulty finding the right road in. Excellent location for touring Burns country More

Stayed one night on business - I had seen the hotel in various stages of construction over the years whilst passing but never needed to stay in the area until now. I agree with the other reviews pretty much to the letter. Clean, modern and surprisingly quiet. I rang the reception the day before and the helpful receptionist Allana ensured... More
