Can't recommend highly enough . Lovely spotlessly clean room, hosts couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast a treat with loads of choice. Very nice setting with pleasant grounds . In a great location very close to the centre of town. Pitlochry itself is a bit pricey but this hotel is real value for money . We will definitely return.

We stayed here for two nights recently and had a lovely time. We stayed in Room 6 which, although a standard room, was very nicely decorated and a pleasant place to spend time. We were blessed with glorious weather during our stay and we spent a few hours in the hotel grounds, relaxing with a drink and admiring the view.... More

Wonderful experience will be back everything spotless we were in self catering flat which was really well presented loved the layout and space. Views from both sides excellent, great location for High Street even the weather was good to us.

Had a lovely 3 day visit, we went to pitlochry for the Etape Caladonia and couldnt have picked a better place to stay, the breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice, the room was very nice and comfy. Graeme and Diane made you feel very welcome

What a lovely way to spend a sunny saturday. Siiting on the patio overlooking graeme's fab garden. Comfiest bed i've ever slept in! Superb breakie. Such a great location for walking to everywhere in pitlochry!!
