Particular highlight were the staff who made us so welcome and went out of their way to make our visit so enjoyable. Having recently stayed with my mother (on a voucher deal) I can wholeheartedly say it was just great. From the most excellent staff, roaring fires, great breakfasts and warm cosy rooms.
