Yes the decor could be better, a lift would help and the bed could be more comfortable but you get what you pay for and its in a great position for accessing central Perth on foot. First of all people have to accept this is no 5* Hotel. This is a Travelodge in the middle of the town, soon to be city?, therefore budget price and good location sells it.
