We stayed just for one night in the end of our road trip but we couldn't ask for more - Very nice staff (Caroline), amazing Scottish breakfast, great rooms and location! If i ever return to Perth, i'll definitely stay here again.

From the genuine homely welcome, recommendations for our evening dinner she couldn't have done any more to make our stay more enjoyable. Breakfast was first class.
