You know what you get when you stay at a Premier Inn and Inverness Millburn Rd is no exception. All the staff we met were friendly and helpfull. No compalints at all.
The hotel is a steady 10 minute work into the centre of Inverness or a £4 taxi ride.
The food in the restaurant was excelent.

Extremely helpful staff who went the extra mile. We had a swim team who required breakfast very early and food in the evening quickly. The restaurant manager was brilliant and bent over backwards to keep 25 swimmers fed and watered.

As usual in a Premier, staff very helpful, pleasant and friendly. Room clean and comfortable, food and service excellent. Waiter in the restaurant was a hoot!
Thoroughly enjoyed stay here.
Within walking distance of town centre. Weather not good, but we were here for a quiet break and that was what we had.

Thank you for the lovely, friendly and efficient service from staff at Reception and at breakfast in the restaurant too. Wide variety of variations available at breakfast and all freshly cooked. Lovely clean room plus noticeably fresh bed linen and towels, well done everyone! The location is also ideal for shopping in the Inverness area.

We stayed two nights and found the staff at all times to be very helpful, knowledgeable and dealt quickly and efficiently with all requests for assistance. Bar and Restaurant staff were very friendly.
