Eunice is the perfect hostess; very warm and friendly with a spotless home! She made us feel very welcome as soon as we arrived and although she did not provide evening meals suggested a very good place to eat. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The lounge very comfortable as were the beds.

Stayed there in August for 2 nights - the room was a bit small and noisy because the B&B is situated nearby a main road - that's the reason I rated sleep quantity as 'average'. But the room was very clean and respectable, the food was great and Eunice and Brian were incredibly hospitable and are very helpful in providing... More

I am a solo female traveler, who required a 1-night emergency stay prior to boarding an early flight to get home to the US. Fortunately, I found a single spot at the Kemps', with no previous knowledge of Inverness at all. Eunice was exceptionally kind and assisted me with a detailed map explanation to enhance my 1 day in Inverness,... More

This B & B was very clean, quiet and peaceful. The landlady Eunice, welcomed us warmly and we immediately felt at home.We were there for 2 nights and our rooms were refreshed and tidied everyday. Breakfast........well you are going to have to go a very long way to get a poached egg as good as that ! Got to mention the... More

I would recommend this place to everyone of you. The rooms were cosy, perfectly clean, nicely decorated and we felt really comfortable, almost like home. Like everywhere in Scotland the rooms are smaller then somewhere else, if you can deal with it you will love it. But you won't be able to find something bigger which is nearly affordable Also... People I met near Loch Lomond told me that Inverness people are 'just lovely' and so I found them, especially the taxi drivers (who described the Scottish climate in colourful terms) and the owners of the Kemps Guest House where I stayed. It is a warm, comfortable, thoughtfully appointed b&b and Eunice, the proprietor, is just lovely: made this solo... More

In may and juni 2012 I was cycling from Land's End to John o'Groats. For two nights I stayed at B&B The Kemps. I met there Eunice and Brian. They are such nice, warm persons, with a great hospitality! The rooms were fantastic, also the lounge was great. Everything in and around the house is good, even the garden looks... More

We had a really nice, friendly welcome from Brian and Eunice. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed and more besides. "The Kemps" is very conveniently located, just a few minutes' level walk into the city centre - which has plenty of places for a drink and a meal, and is a fascinating place, too. The... More
