This beautiful hotel on outskirt of Inverness is real gem. 5 stars for everything - welcoming staff, amazing room, breath taking view out of the window at the Beauly Firth, luxury towels, king size very comfortable bed, quietness and scrumptious food. You have to try Scottish Breakfast Grill, Bunchrew´s Black pudding was the best ever I have tasted.

Beautiful building, very friendly helpful staff, clean room, very tired decor and facilities. Pretty locale. where are the beautiful gardens? I looked but only found tired unkempt grounds. What a pity. Breakfast was not by any stretch of the imagination 4 stars. Disappointing is apt.

This is a very old property with great character - the oldest part of the house dates back to 1500. We're just back from a family celebration night at Bunchrew House. The location and grounds are lovely and the dining room is literally a stone's throw from the water.
