Got into town w/o a reservation, lucked into this house. Very nice, clean, great breakfst, . Room very spacious, beds were great, small shower but workable. Close to town and nighly entertainment. Kathy is a sweet hostess, makes you feel right at home.

Our host Kathy is kind! The bed is cozy and warm, and the bathroom are clean. As to the breakfast, we had the full Scottish breakfast. They are so yummy, my mom especially likes the black pudding! All in all, everything is recommended!

Excellent location! Best breakfast in Scotland and such a wide variety! Owner is so helpful... She even drove us to a location that was difficult to get too!
