A bog standard business hotel in central Glasgow. The rooms are clean, with an average shower but not exceptional facilities. Don't expect friendly or enthusiastic service - you won't get it. On the other hand it does its job.

Smart hotel, got the vibe it's used mostly by business people. Nothing mega mega fancy but the room was clean and bathroom new. I'm a light sleeper and was not awoken by the trains right by our window (4th floor).

To start the staff were fine and the breakfast buffet ok but this hotel is really let down by location. I recently had the pleasure of staying here. The service at reception was excellent (thanks Ronnie). Being in the customer service industry, I took notice of most things and was very impressed. The staff were professional, helpful and courteous. The room was lovely. I couldn't fault the food. Such efficient, friendly staff. Thank you for a lovely stay.
