4th floor bedroom with a window that did not close well. Noise from the street and the corridor was pretty loud, earplugs are a must ! No shower towel or gel, really basic furniture and overall plain room. It is highly sufficient for the price paid though. The free breakfast is welcomed, and the location is ideal for a stop... More

If you have plans for the day this hostel is fine, BUT if you plan on staying in then it isn't the best place to stay. Its in a rather amazing location in fairness. The free continental breakfast is a bonus :)

Good location and at the prices they charge, definitely the place to stay if you want to be in central Glasgow on a budget. However, the service wasn't brilliant, the reception girl seemed in a bit of a daze every time I spoke to her. Also fellow guests couldn't get the shower in the room to switch off, so it... More

We stayed as a group of 4 for 1 night in early May, and inclusive of the cooked breakfast option spent around £15 each to stay at the Euro Hostel, Glasgow. This is obviously a hostel, and as such cannot really be reviewed as anything fancy. It really isn't, and doesn't profess to be. The rooms are incredibly basic, the... More

Great place to stay if your looking for somewhere cheap to stay right in the heart of Glasgow, very basic room but that's expected pub on ground floor, Internet services, TV, snooker table full size. Would definitely stay here again at the prices we paid, perfect for Celtic games, absolutely no complaints

Now to start with, I have stayed here multiple times on my own, and also once with friends. I've seen some bad reviews and am thinking are these people for real?!? This is NOT a hotel, it's a hostel and as such makes no secret of it. Difference is, unlike other hostels in Glasgow (more on that later), it's classy.... More

Stayed here for 2 nights on 26th & 27th April with 3 friends for one friends 30th Birthday. First things first - it is a hostel. So you are not going to get luxury or very high quality. Check in was quick and easy. Rooms are tidy and bed comfortable (we stayed in a 4 person private room, 2 sets... More

We stayed at Euro Hostel in Glasgow for a stag weekend. Booked a 4 bed private room. You get what you pay for here - the rooms are clean if a little dated, but the bunk beds are lumpy and so are the pillows. I woke up very stiff and sore in the mornings. Room was far too hot and... More

Need I say more?. Stay somewhere else and save on medical bills. Dirth carpets, bathrooms, cold, one elevator working (imagine this in a 7 story building with a hundred guests per floor). Beds are squeaky. Unfortunatelly this was the cheapest place I found, so get vaccinated first.

We were going to a concert and wanted somewhere cheap to stay, after reading some reviews we were a bit apprehensive but we were very pleasantly surprised. The location excellent and the rooms although basic were clean, breakfast was also provided. I eould definatly stay here again.
