I tried to update my last review but couldn't work out how to do that! Anyhow the hotel has greatly improved since my last visit. There service was horrendous previously but throughout the stay across every person I came into contact with I was impressed by their friendly, relaxed, efficient and professional nature. The hotel was always beautiful now they... More

The rooms are small but perfectly formed and the spa is amazing. I have eaten in the restaurant a few times and the food has always been great, service can be a bit slow a times but the staff are friendly and helpful. I would be happy to return any time. More

Stayed here with my Family for my Daughters birthday. The girls simply loved the spa. The rooms were superb and the attention from the staff was second to none. If you want a great place to stay right in the city centre this is it. More

From the moment we stepped in the door it was a beautiful, relaxing and... More

From the moment we arrived (a bit early) to check-in we found everything at this hotel perfect. Had expected to sit and have a coffee while waiting for the room to be ready but were shown straight up to a beautiful room. We were in a classic room, and can't imagine how much better the deluxe rooms could be. It... More

Ambience: very premium, luxurious feeling. Spacious and cozy bar across the lobby. Location: top location – few minutes to Baath street and to lots of bards ad restaurants. Room: very spacious, very luxurious. I loved their bath area made of beautiful marble. Huge modern bath + separate shower with strong current. Anne Semonin toiletteries a nice plus. Great room design... More
