Great location, warm welcome, very clean and spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast - nothing was too much trouble to make this a perfect stay. Access to golf club in St Andrews was a real bonus. A rating of 5 doesn't start to say just how good this place is - amazing value for money !!!! More
