a nice quiet hotel. clean light spacious rooms. service was very good . kind and friendly staff. food was good too. Averon Guest House has great location. very close to the city center. enjoyed a lot of staying there.

It was my first b&b in Edinburgh and I will most definitely stay there again!! The location was perfect to walk and explore the city. Very pleasant stay at Averon Guest House, room very clean and large, very pleasant and helpful staff, breakfast good. Left cables for phones etc in drawer and they were back with me within 2 days. Highly recommend, will stay again.
