I would highly recommend the Claymore Guest House. Excellent location with the bus stopping right outside. Lovely room. Lots of personal touches. Great breakfast with lots of choices. All freshly cooked. Very helpful owners with lots of local knowledge. Nothing was too much trouble.

Claymore is a great find. An easy fifteen minute walk from Princes Street means it is a great location. Lovely bed and breakfast with plenty of character only a short walk into the city centre. Breakfast was beautiful. I had poached eggs, fried potatoes, beans, grilled tomatoes and plenty of cheese and bread. We stayed for 2 nights and I didn't want to leave. The room was so comfortable and the area is really quiet.
