It's always risky to stay in a B&B that's in a pub--noise and small can be problems. That's definitely not the case with the Neidpath Inn on the main road through Peebles. We spent a very comfortable night in this small hotel in Peebles. Our room was well equipped with a very comfortable bed and the ensuite had been recently refitted. The standard was very high and the room beautifully clean. We enjoyed a very good cooked breakfast too. Good value at £40pppn..
