Our stay at this hotel was the best experiance in a long time. Our rooms were very clean with lots of room to move. My friend and I were treated like V.I.P.S the whole stay. We will surely go back again. More

We booked with Highland Heritage but couldn't travel on their coach as they don't allow mobility scooters ("too much hassle") so we went by car. The paperwork told us to be there by 5 pm as apparently that is when the coaches arrive. It was pouring with rain and we were met by a locked door. There is no Reception!... More

Excellent location with outstanding views across bay. Staff were friendly and accomodating but the standard of the room was very poor which didn't appear to have been updated since the 60's All fixtures and fittings in the room were in a poor state of repair. Would not recommend this hotel More

We arrived at this hotel on a Highland Heritage Holiday with great expectations after reading the glossy well written brochure. NOT TRUE!. We paid for a "Superior room".
