Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Positive: - Friendly and very helpful owner - Lovely house - Comfortable bed/ pillows - Very clean - Nice breakfast Cons: - Our room was very small - Shower didn't drain properly and toilet flush was very noisy - A bit far from the city, but a taxi cost just about £5

Only negative is that the rooms are very small. Could not open 2 suitcases at once. Otherwise it was very pleasant. The hostess was very nice and breakfast was good. It was a little bit difficult to find

We had a great stay for 2 nights, the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, thanks Cathy. It was only a short drive to the city, Internet access is good and communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommended

Our only regret was that we didn't stay there for longer. The service was excellent, the people were very friendly and the breakfasts were beautiful. If ever we're back in that part of the world we''ll definitely book in again.

Had the pleasure of staying here for 3 nights with my wife. We were over for a family birthday. We stayed in the room with the balcony, which is a fine size not massive but plenty enough room. We only met the owner when we checked in and she was lovely, really friendly and helpful. The lady who does the breakfasts/housekeeping is a lovely woman as well very chatty and friendly, and she makes a great breakfast. We would definitely recommend this B&B for a few nights in Derry 👍

We've spent there one night while visiting Derry. The host has been very nice and helpful and the breakfast was delicious as expected. The house is a bit far from the city center so either you have a car or you would have to take a bus or a taxi.

A lovely b&b, although we arrived earlier than planned we were greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel at home. Room was very well presented, clean and bed very comfy. Breakfast very filling and lovely choice, had to opt for full Irish both days. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

This Band B & B is older than your average unit but this does not detract for being a good place to stay. The host is full of great information and it is situated in a street of restaurants.Breakfast is very good and parking is adequate.
