We drove up from Dublin and stayed here for a night out. Very central, comfortable sleep and Anita on front desk was quite helpful in recommending where to go locally, really friendly and went out of her way for us. Breakfast quite expensive but otherwise a Great experience.

Stayed here one night on business Good location - quiet and comfortable rooms - interesting Japanese style shutters instead of curtains in the bedroom. Reception and dinning areas decor is rather dark and uninspiring. Staff are very friendly and helpfull. Good breakfast - lots of choice.

Booked triple room for 3 adults but one adult gets a child's bed. All wrong as it is not queen but twin & small trundle. Staff said they don't do triple rooms for 3 adults so why did they take our booking then? Also, don't have BBC 4, although BBC just across the road & it's free on free view!... More

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry you had issues with your stay, this is the second review in 6 days which has commented about triple rooms which is disappointing and puzzling as in my 2.5 years here it has not been an issue before. We don't have triple rooms, i.e. three single beds. We have what we call family... More

Myself and my partner are just back from our first trip to Belfast and stayed at this hotel, we had an absolutely fantastic experience and in part this was due to the staff here who were welcoming, friendly and accomodating at all times which really enhanced our stay . We arrived earlier than expected but were checked in straight away... More

I was staying here last year twice and was really upset, the second stayed was really bad as the room smell like public toilet and the room was cold, though I called maintenance and they promised to come to have a look, but they never showed up, I also left a note to the Manager at the reception desk and... My review would probably have been very positive but for two factors. Firstly, we were a group of 3 female friends staying for one night. I phoned around many hotels in Belfast asking for a triple room. I was told by some hotels that I could book a double room with an extra /camp bed. However, I wanted a triple... More
