My daughter stayed at Pearl Court for one night on her way to USA embassy for a visa to go to Camp America. Pearl Court were amazingly kind and helpful and really looked after her. She enjoyed her stay.

If you are looking for a place to have a good shower and rest after a day of sightseeing this is the place. A nice 20 minutes walking from the city centre with a lot of good restaurants around. On top of that you will get a lovely breakfast and a excellent customer service. Strongly recommended.

I stayed here a while a go. It was in need of a total overhaul. The room urgently needed a vacuum, while breakfast was a non-event. I struggled to sleep in the hard bed. If you enjoy a good adventure then you can run the gauntlet with the shower. Best avoided.

We stayed there a couple of years ago, don´t know how it is now. It is definitely better than Kate´s BnB, the rooms were alright, not too big, relatively clean. They don´t do cooked breakfasts but have some home made cakes and yoghurt in the morning. All in all an average, alright stay.

My aunt and I stayed two nights in Novemeber 2012. Overall it was a good experience. The young lady who was on duty as the night staff was courteous and helpful - she quickly changed our booking to prevent my 75 yr old aunt from climbing more stairs than necessary. On our second night we bought takeaway and she welcomed... More

a bed and breakfast means that, not an offer of scrambled eggs on toast. You could not swing a cat and the bed was like a camp bed. Shared bathrooms are a no no these days. No person on site is not good for security although the girl who greeted us was holed up in her room.

I enjoyed my stay at Pearl Court Guesthouse, a very nice hotel in a good location, with big and bright rooms and a large and confortable bed. Abundant continental breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed at this hotel as we were going to the American consulate for a visa interview the next morning. We were told a safe code to enter the building and an envelope would be waiting for us with our room key. As we were leaving the hotel early in the morning for an 8.30 interview we requested an early... More

We stayed here overnight, prior to going to the Stone Roses concert just down the road. On the plus side, the Guesthouse was well positioned to the centre of Belfast &, as a Victorian Terraced property, had character. Our room was pleasant enough, if a bit jaded & was certainly big enough. The staff were also cordial & chatty. However........ More

I stayed for one night on 21.8.12 as I had to do an exam in queens university and the location was great, literally just round the corner. I had received a phone call that morning to say they had overbooked but they did everything they did to accomodate me which I didn't mind. I was downgraded from a double ensuite... More
